Miomir Stojković advised the client on how to negotiate and obtain lawful state subsidies for the food production business which is planned to be moved to Serbia, weighing legal implications of opening of a new production facility (greenfield) vs. purchasing the existing one (brownfield), on purchasing of land and construction of facilities (construction contract and necessary side documents) vs. leasing land and premises, purchasing of equipment locally or overseas, etc.

Spotting and eliminating any aid recovery risks in all stages of planning of this kind of project is of crucial importance for any state aid applicant as it was our duty to keep our client safe from any harm or exposure by undesired challenges of the lawfulness of the state aid.
