Public procurement case in Serbia
Miomir Stojković advised and represented a large international corporation in a complex public procurement procedure of estimated value over EUR 4 M, in which all improper acts of the contracting authority – public utility enterprise from Belgrade, Serbia – have been challenged.
This public procurement process, very vulnerable to integrity risks even before the tender was advertised and interested firms could submit their bids and proposals to supply required works and services, was quite complex because of various reasons.
Hence, to ensure efficiency and accountability in the use of taxpayers’ money, we exhausted all available legal instruments to prevent damage and level the playing field for all participants in the process.
