Vladimir Vasiljev, PhD is a Special Counsellor at Stojković Attorneys.
Vladimir Vasiljev, PhD is the director of the JPP-TIM Consulting Agency, closely specialized in the implementation of PPP projects and Concessions. Vladimir is the first in Serbia to obtain a PhD on the subject of PPPs at Faculty of Political Sciences – University of Belgrade. He is an author of the books “Local government and development” and Public-Private Partnerships (in preparation for publishing by Development Agency of Serbia) and several scientific papers (link 1 and link 2) on the subject of PPPs.
As an active lecturer, he held numerous expert seminars on the subject of PPPs, among others to the Association of Public Prosecutors of Serbia and to the State Attorney’s Office. He is an active consultant for PPPs issues in several municipalities in the country and represents the interests of many domestic and foreign companies in PPPs business and Concessions. The Consulting Agency JPP-TIM is currently engaged in the preparation of project documentation for projects with a total value of over EUR 60 million.
