Before joining STATT, Jovana gained professional experience in business operations, client relations, and implementation of digital business solutions. Through this experience, she developed a practical understanding of process organization, communication, and creating systems that enable teams and clients to work more effectively.
Her professional approach is based on reliability, organization, clear communication, and a strong focus on creating structure and supporting collaboration. She particularly enjoys improving workflows and contributing to an environment that is both efficient and pleasant to work in.
