About Jelena

Jelena Eremić is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in regulatory matters, commercial law, legal research, and working with international clients.

In addition to her formal legal education, Jelena gained experience through engagements in judicial, corporate, and international environments. Throughout her professional development, she has focused particularly on legal analysis, client communication, and research of regulatory frameworks across various business sectors.

Professional Experience

Jelena’s professional experience includes work within both judicial and corporate systems. As a student intern at the First Basic Court in Belgrade, she participated in matters related to civil law and became familiar with the practical aspects of court proceedings and drafting judicial decisions.

In addition, during her internship at Ernst & Young, she supported the tax advisory team and participated in research related to regulatory and business law matters.

Alongside her legal practice, Jelena has experience working with international clients through educational and communication activities in a multicultural environment.

Role at Stojković Attorneys

Since joining Stojković Attorneys (STATT), Jelena has been focused on providing support in the areas of regulatory and corporate matters, legal analysis, and preparation of documentation for domestic and international clients.

She also participates in legal research, preparation of internal and external legal materials, and work on matters involving coordination with international clients and institutions.

Languages and Additional Skills

Jelena Eremić is fluent in Serbian and speaks English at an advanced level (TOLES Advanced). She also speaks German.

Throughout her professional development, she has participated in numerous professional seminars and programs in the fields of human rights, anti-discrimination law, legal writing, and intellectual property law, including programs organized by the Council of Europe, ELSA, and regional law firms.
