Ivana Cvetković Diafa is a Senior Associate at Stojković Attorneys.
Ivana’s practice mainly focuses on dispute resolution in all legal areas, contract drafting, real estate projects and business law. She has extensive experience in counselling and representing both domestic and international clients on all aspects of civil, family, labor, corporate and commercial law and in performing investigations of targeted businesses (legal due diligence).
She obtained both her LL.B. (2011) and LL.M. (2013) in the domain of International Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Every year during her undergraduate studies, she was awarded for her excellent academic performance, as one of the best students of University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. In addition, she completed all exams at the Bar examination with excellence.
She practices advocacy since 2012. She started as a legal trainee and, following the completion of her traineeship, she continued offering legal services both as an independent attorney at law and in cooperation with various law firms. Furthermore, she was a teaching assistant of European Union Law at the Faculty of Law, Union University in Belgrade.
Ivana is an independent Attorney at Law in cooperation with Stojković Attorneys and she is a member of the Bar Association in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
