Dejana Kostić is an Associate at Stojković Attorneys.
Dejana joined Stojković Attorneys after passing the bar exam in 2023.
She is currently actively engaged in providing legal counsel and representing clients in the fields of labor law, corporate establishment, negotiation, contract drafting and analysis. Part of her professional responsibilities also includes client representation in courts and before various competitive authorities.
Before joining AK STATT, Dejana gained experience during her internship at law firms in Belgrade in different legal areas. During that period, she developed competencies in criminal and civil law, media law, intellectual property law, family law, inheritance law, real estate law, and contractual law.
She has been a part of an in-house legal team for local and international clients. Throughout this time, she gained knowledge in the fields of corporate and labor law by actively engaging in negotiations, contract conclusion, and analysis, as well as the preparation and implementation of general and individual acts in the fields of labor law and GDPR. Her employment as a member of a client’s legal department who works on an international level included ensuring regulatory compliance of the client’s commercial activities.
Dejana obtained her degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade in June 2020.
During her studies, she actively participated in study groups, was a beneficiary of scholarships funded by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development, as well as scholarships for young talents funded by the Municipality of Trstenik. In addition to her regular academics, she occasionally volunteered at a law office in Belgrade.
Dejana is fluent in both Serbian and English, which adds value to her communication with international clients.
She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
