Alan Abazović, in his role as the CEO for Consulting and Accounting at Demanda Group, is a key pillar of our tax and accounting team at AK STATT. With over fifteen years of experience in the field of taxation and finance, Alan is a recognized expert in this sector.
At the beginning of his career, Alan distinguished himself at Confida Finodit, where he developed a fundamental knowledge and skills in tax consulting. His professional journey led him to leading positions in the prestigious Big Four companies – Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In these companies, Alan specialized in international and domestic taxation, working on demanding projects that shaped his deep understanding of complex tax systems.
Alan’s specific knowledge in the field of taxation was further enriched by his work in the Nelt group, where he was responsible for the tax system of the Balkan countries. His experience in the Mozzart group, where he was the director of tax accounting and tax policy, expanded his expertise to a global level, covering operations on three continents.
He obtained his certified auditor diploma in 2015, and continuously improved his education through international training organized by the world’s leading consulting firms. He completed specialist studies in tax consulting at the Faculty of Law, further confirming his dedication to the profession.
As an active member of the Serbian Fiscal Society and the International Fiscal Association, Alan continuously follows the latest trends and changes in the world of taxation, ensuring that AK STATT and our clients always have access to the most current and accurate tax advice.
