New Law on Construction Products

On 26th October, 2018, the National Assembly of Republic of Serbia adopted New Law on Construction Products, which were published in the Official Gazette No. 83/2018 dated 29th October, 2018, which will come into force on 6th November, 2018.

This law for the first time in a unique way regulates the field of production and sale of construction products in Serbia and harmonizes this area with the regulations and standards that are present in the European Union.

This law prescribes all the standards that the construction products must have, which are the obligations of the manufacturer, which obligations of the distributor, as well as the content of the product declaration.
