Consulting services in area of PPPs for public sector

Vladimir Vasiljev, PhD is an active consultant for number of municipalities in Serbia and BiH in area of PPPs and concessions.

This means:

• Help to the public sector in identification of infrastructure projects of public importance which can be realised in PPP form and in such a way savings can be made in the municipality’s budget and better performance of the services can be achieved.
• Drafting of a Calendar of investments of public importance, in which, after the analysis of development potentials of the municipality, possible PPPs are being identified, their models, financing structure and matrix of risk distribution, for potential investors to have an insight in municipality’s investment capacity.
• Drafting of the feasibility study, financial analysis, risk matrix, calculation of VfM and PSC of the projects, tender documentation drafting.
