Belgrade Energy Days 2025: A Regional Hub for Energy and Innovation
From October 2 to 17, Belgrade is hosting the renowned event Belgrade Energy Days 2025. The city has become a key meeting point for professionals in energy, law, science, and business. The goal is clear: to support sustainability, energy efficiency, and a green future.
The main themes of this year’s event — “Powering a Sustainable Future” and “Energy for the Future” — highlight Serbia’s growing commitment to responsible energy use and development.
STATT Speaks at the Panel “Law, Economy, and Energy”
As part of the opening day, our firm Stojković Attorneys (STATT) took part in the panel “Law, Economy, and Energy”, held on October 2, 2025, at the European House in Belgrade.
Our representative, Petar Kilibarda, Senior Associate and Attorney at Law, shared practical insights with attendees. He explained the legal and institutional framework available to investors in Serbia’s energy market. Moreover, he outlined how businesses can protect their investments and ensure profitability.
His presentation focused on legal certainty. He showed how investors can structure energy projects to reduce risk and increase long-term value.

Belgrade as a Driver of Energy Transition
The event is organized by the City of Belgrade’s Secretariat for Energy, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and other national institutions. It brings together policymakers, legal experts, engineers, and citizens.
In addition to panels, the program includes:
-
Thematic days on legislation, renewables, energy efficiency, and local communities
-
Technology showcases and exhibitions
-
Youth workshops on sustainability and innovation
-
Public forums aimed at education and engagement
As a result, Belgrade is positioning itself as a regional energy hub. The event strengthens cooperation among key actors in the Balkans’ green transition.
Ultimately, Belgrade Energy Days 2025 aims to promote a shared mission: building a cleaner, more secure, and profitable energy future.
